As a Customer Service and Onboarding Specialist, this role is pivotal. You are our customer's first interaction with our company and their regular point of contact with questions or issues. You are somebody that brings your creativity, experience, and problem-solving abilities to the table, not just a clock puncher.
We are willing to wait to find the right person, and as such that person will be very well compensated linked to key performance indicators and the business's overall health.
